What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Manager position at Fulcrum Aesthetics & Surgery?
Fulcrum Aesthetics & Surgery is a leading plastic surgery and medical aesthetics clinic specializing in advanced aesthetics and cosmetic surgery, offering tailored treatments that combine precision, artistry, and innovation. Co-founded by Dr. David Hill and Brittony Croasdell, our team is committed to delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes for our patients. With a patient-centric approach, we prioritize individualized care and continuous advancements in the field of aesthetics. Our goal is to empower individuals by enhancing their confidence and well-being.
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and performance-driven Front of House Manager to lead our patient experience team while driving consultation conversion and overall clinic revenue.
This is not a traditional front desk role. This position plays a critical role in guiding patients through their journey - leading with education, building trust, and creating an elevated experience that naturally drives sales without ever feeling transactional.
We are looking for someone who understands how to influence patient decisions through connection, confidence, and knowledge - and can lead their team by example.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage front desk and patient experience team members
- Set the tone for a warm, polished, and high-touch patient experience
- Drive consultation conversion through patient education and lead generation
- Coach team members on communication, patient flow, and sales approach
- Ensure conversations are rooted in value, outcomes, and trust - not pricing
- Oversee scheduling, patient coordination, and clinic flow to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Handle patient questions and concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Partner with leadership to improve performance, workflows, and sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or a similar high-touch clinical environment (required)
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and patient conversion
- Ability to train and lead a team on how to communicate value effectively
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, polished, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- A natural leader who leads with positivity, accountability, and integrity
- Comfortable navigating conversations around high-value services with confidence and ease
- Someone we can trust to represent the brand and lead by example
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position
- Must be available until 7:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays
At Fulcrum Aesthetics & Surgery, we do things differently. We don’t “sell” - we educate, guide, and build long-term relationships with our patients. Our team is built on integrity, compassion, education, and delivering an elevated experience backed by real expertise.
If you’re someone who can lead a team (of 3-4), elevate the patient experience, and drive results through thoughtful, education-based conversations, we want to meet you.
