Hospitality & Patient Experience Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL (Lakeview)
Job Type: Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)
Schedule:
- Required availability must include Mondays until 7:00pm and Saturdays (Two Saturdays on, one Saturday off rotation)
- We are closed on Sundays.

As our team grows, we’re seeking a polished, engaged, and warm professional to join our Hospitality & Patient Experience Team.
About the Role
This role is central to creating the first and lasting impression for our patients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and genuinely enjoys supporting people. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for across all touchpoints including phone, email, text, and in person. We’re seeking someone who takes initiative, stays actively engaged in daily operations, and is willing to support events outside of normal operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to every patient
- Support patients through appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and follow-up communication
- Manage provider schedules and maintain accuracy in patient records
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, messages, and online inquiries
- Learn and use our platforms
- Assist with daily operations including deliveries, inventory organization, and invoices
- Help maintain a polished, luxury environment throughout the clinic
- Engage in ongoing training, team development, and educational events
- Actively support daily workflow and anticipate needs
- Participate in occasional after-hours team or patient events
- Collaborate across Surgery, Injectables, Wellness, and Aesthetics
- Represent Fulcrum’s brand standards in appearance and demeanor
QualificationsRequired
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Warm, professional communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Experience in luxury hospitality or client services
Preferred
- 1 year in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment
- Esthetics students currently enrolled in programs are encouraged to apply
