Fulcrum Aesthetics & Surgery is not a traditional medical office — and this is not a traditional front desk role.
We are a high-performance, education-driven aesthetic and surgical practice built on the philosophy of Beauty in Balance. Every patient interaction is intentional, elevated, and designed to deliver results - not just services.
We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator who understands that exceptional patient experience and strong business performance go hand in hand.
This role is for someone who is reliable, polished, and operationally sharp, with the ability to guide conversations in a way that feels natural, confident, and rooted in education - not pressure.
What This Role Really Is
You are the control center of the patient experience.
You manage flow. You protect provider time. You set the tone for the clinic. You help patients move forward — not by “selling,” but by communicating value, building trust, and guiding next steps with clarity.

Core Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Hospitality
• Deliver a high-touch, luxury-level experience from arrival to departure
• Anticipate patient needs and create a seamless, welcoming environment
• Maintain a calm, polished presence in a fast-paced setting
Scheduling & Operational Flow
• Own and optimize provider schedules with precision and intention
• Ensure appointments are booked appropriately to support outcomes and efficiency
• Manage real-time adjustments without disrupting patient experience
Patient Communication & Conversion
• Lead conversations that focus on education, outcomes, and long-term planning
• Confidently guide patients into next steps — consultations, treatments, and follow-ups
• Support retention through relationship-building and follow-through
• Navigate questions around services without defaulting to price-first conversations
Systems & Administrative Execution
• Maintain accuracy across EMR, CRM systems, and patient communications
• Coordinate check-in, check-out, and future bookings with attention to detail
• Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and urgency
Team & Culture
• Collaborate closely with clinical providers and leadership
• Support training, onboarding, and daily team flow
• Uphold Fulcrum’s brand standards, values, and level of excellence at all times

Schedule Requirements
• Full-time, in-clinic
• Must be available until 7:00pm on Monday or Wednesday, and every other Saturday.
• Flexibility to support team coverage when needed
Compensation
• Starting at $22/hour , based on experience and level of responsibility
• Ongoing training and development within plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, and patient experience strategy
