In this role, you’ll lead full‑cycle recruiting for entry-level through senior-level roles, partner closely with leadership, represent our brand at job fairs, and create a welcoming, engaging candidate experience from first conversation to first day.
What You’ll Do
- Own full‑cycle recruiting across the organization
- Build strong hiring partnerships with managers
- Lead social media and employer‑branding efforts
- Attend job fairs, career events, and community outreach activities
- Interview candidates and guide them through onboarding
- Support company culture, internships, and associate development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of HR or recruiting experience
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interviewing skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and labor law
- SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP preferred
- Willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours
