What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate powered industrial forklifts to move materials throughout the distribution center
- Load and unload trailers per customer specifications
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Utilize RF scanners and maintain accurate paperwork
- Build mixed pallets and prepare shipments (wrapping, banding, etc.)
- Perform occasional manual labor and case picking
- Maintain equipment and adhere to strict safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Experience with RF equipment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 20–50 lbs repetitively
- Work in varying temperatures (hot/cold)
- Comfortable with indoor/outdoor tasks and moderate noise levels
