Sr. Product Manager (Workflow Platform)

Overview

A fast-scaling technology company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead a decisioning and workflow platform that sits at the center of customer operations and growth.

This product combines rules engines, workflow orchestration, and data integrations to power real-time decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the direction of a configurable decisioning platform used across multiple customers
• Evolve the platform from early-stage implementations into a scalable, standardized solution

Roadmap Execution

• Manage delivery across multiple concurrent implementations and product initiatives
• Balance platform improvements, customer onboarding needs, and future scalability

Workflow & Rules Engine Development

• Drive standardization of workflows to reduce custom implementations
• Partner with engineering on performance, scalability, and architecture decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, delivery teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment across product lines and integrated systems

Customer-Centric Development

• Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, data challenges, and business needs
• Translate insights into scalable product capabilities

Innovation & AI Integration

• Identify opportunities to incorporate advanced decisioning (including ML/AI where applicable)
• Use AI tools to improve product development processes and speed

Qualifications

• Strong product management experience in enterprise software or platform environments
• Background working with workflow systems, rules engines, or process automation tools
• Experience with BPMN or workflow orchestration tools is highly preferred
• Ability to manage complex, integration-heavy products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience leveraging AI tools in product workflows is a strong plus
• Exposure to financial services, lending, or decisioning systems is a plus
