About the Role
We’re looking for a polished, detail-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing a high volume of calls while delivering a consistently excellent experience. What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Listen closely to customer needs, answer questions, and resolve complex issues quickly
- Keep accurate customer records and detailed call notes in our CRM
- Follow established communication guidelines and policies to keep our brand voice consistent
- Communicate clearly and concisely to build trust and strengthen customer relationships
- Partner with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries
What You’ll Bring
- Education: High School Diploma - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 4 years in a call center or contact center environment
- Call Volume: Proven success managing high call volumes
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a clear, confident, professional phone voice
