Commercial Lines Account Manager | Full-Time | Hybrid/Onsite
FTS in partnership with an industry leader is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their growing insurance team and provide exceptional service and support to a diverse book of business. This role is hybrid, in the Langhorne, PA area, following a 3 days on-site, 2 days remote schedule. What You’ll Do
- Manage and service a book of commercial lines clients across various industries
- Handle policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, and renewal preparation
- Provide day-to-day client communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Partner with producers and internal teams to support new business and account retention
- Review coverage needs and assist with marketing and quoting as needed
- Prepare proposals, summarize coverages, and ensure timely delivery of all documents
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
- Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial property, general liability, auto, workers comp, and umbrella
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with clients professionally
- Experience preparing certificates, endorsements, and renewal documents
- Comfortable working with carriers and underwriters
- Proficient with agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, Applied, or similar)
- Active Property & Casualty license required
