One of our great partners is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a project!
This position is essential for ensuring accurate account reconciliations during an important system integration. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, well organized, and a quick learner.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing and collections.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with revenue cycle management to optimize cash flow.
- Process journal entries and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
- Utilize accounting software such as PeopleSoft for transaction management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred; Associate's required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management practices is preferred.
- Experience with financial services or corporate accounting is a plus.
