Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Position type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
SUMMARY: We are currently seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support our company's warehouse operations. You will have to work well individually and with a team to keep things running smoothly. This is a fast-paced non-temperature-controlled environment that requires accuracy as well as strong time management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to:
- Process, package and ship or load orders accurately
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory in appropriate locations
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse
- Safely operate equipment and machinery
- Accurately place label/markings to identify materials/orders
- Ability to read production schedule, various order forms and/or requisitions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- To perform this job successfully an individual needs to perform each essential duty accurately and efficiently, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Willingness and ability to work with a team as well as individually
- Ability to communicate effectively inside and outside the company
- Problem solving capabilities
- Reliable and punctual
EDUCATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability and to sit and/or stand for 8-10 hours a day or longer
- Physical stamina to lift 5-50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
