As a Project Coordinator with Fryman Management, Inc., you will work with other department members to assist Project Managers in achieving assigned project related activities (internal and external) in support of project scope, schedule, quality and financial objectives.
Requirements and Expectations
- Coordination of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Support with creating and updating project schedules
- Maintain and control confidential files and records
- Administratively support the department, including meeting preparations/presentations, research, securing requested information/resources and compiling reports and studies
- Handle requests for information, by self-initiative or routing to the appropriate person
- Assist in documenting and refining initial project plans and schedules
- Participate as assigned in project management processes, tracking, coordination, communications, reporting, scope control, financial/resource control, and risk management activities
- Coordinate on-going operations as assigned
Qualifications and Skillset Levels
- 1- 5 years of project coordination experience
- Associates degree in a business field, Bachelors preferred
- Experience working on Construction, Traffic Control or Public Works projects is plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Driving for results in assigned tasks
- Basic problem solving at the tactical level (analyzing, investigating and following up)
- Communicating (expressing; listening)
- Establishing effective relationships with the wide spectrum of team members and stakeholders
