Job Details
3 years of experience in construction project coordination with accounting/financial responsibilities
Strong background in collecting subcontractor lien releases and preparing/submitting client billings
Solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, AIA billing forms, and lien waiver procedures
Experience with project financial tracking, cost reporting, and budget management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), construction management software (e.g., Procore), and accounting tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally visit job sites
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
