Key Responsibilities
- The Finishing Touch: Frost and decorate our standard cakes and cupcakes with consistency and flair.
- Assembly & Prep: Scoop cookie dough, assemble pies, and prepare cheesecakes according to our established brand standards.
- Precision Prep: Manage daily prep by ensuring all ingredients are weighed and measured with 100% accuracy.
- Technical Operation: Safely and efficiently operate large-scale bakery equipment, including commercial ovens and industrial mixers.
- Kitchen Excellence: Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks while keeping the bakery clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Methodical & Exact: You follow recipes and processes to the letter. You understand that in baking, there is no "winging it."
- High Energy: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with a natural sense of urgency.

- Experience: 1 years of experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment with occasional tasks in a 0-degree walk-in (don't worry, we provide the gear!).
