What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Frore Systems?
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes including reconciliations and consolidations and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Be the day-to-day contact with auditors, external accounting firm and tax CPA, oversee tax reporting and compliance for the US, Taiwan, and Korea offices
- Perform cashier responsibilities including the full procurement process end-to-end from Purchase Order generation to fulfilling vendor invoices
- Fulfill employee and contractor related processes, incl. initiation of on-cycle and off-cycle payroll processes, administration of contractor fees and employee reimbursements.
- Partner with Sales team to ensure revenue recognition accounting standards are met
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Perform FP&A support by providing budget vs actuals analysis
- Maintain shipping and logistics processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, strong understanding of US GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software NetSuite preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Compensation includes: Salary, Bonus and Stock Options
Annual Salary Range: 100K-150K
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
