We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP/Staff Accountant to join the Finance team. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP/Staff Accountant to join the Finance team. What You’ll Work On
- Process and code vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the AP inbox and address all requests and inquiries promptly.
- Monitor and respond to internal and external AP-related tickets.
- Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports.
- Perform light general ledger work, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support month-end close activities as assigned.
- Assist with vendor management, including onboarding and communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Utilize ERP and accounting tools for AP processing, GL entries, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP and expense management systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of AP processes and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard accounting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
