Firm Administrator Role:
As the Firm Administrator, you will serve as the operational backbone of the organization—overseeing law firm administration, HR, financial coordination, and facilities management. This Firm Administrator role is ideal for a proactive, strategic professional who excels in balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution. The Firm Administrator will collaborate closely with shareholders, attorneys, and staff while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong communication across the firm.
Lead daily operations and ensure smooth administrative functions across the firm
Oversee financial processes, budgeting, billing accuracy, trust/IOLTA compliance, and financial reporting
Supervise non-attorney staff while promoting a professional, positive workplace culture
Manage HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance
Maintain vendor relationships, contracts, office services, and facilities
Support shareholders with strategic planning, process improvements, workflow optimization, and firm growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with professional standards, internal policies, and industry regulations
Act as the primary liaison between attorneys, staff, clients, and external stakeholders
Firm Administrator Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field required
5 years of administrative or operational management experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience with Clio required
Ideal candidates will have experience working within a property tax litigation law firm or a legal practice with similar complexity and operational requirements
Strong knowledge of HR practices, financial operations, and office administration
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
