What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director for Law Firm position at Stanley and Associates?
Our personal injury law firm is seeking a Marketing Director who can take charge of our lead generation, branding, and digital presence and drive measurable growth and efficient client sign-ups.
This is a hands-on leadership role — not just a coordinator. You’ll oversee our digital campaigns, tv/radio, social media, and marketing strategy while managing a small internal team (social media coordinator intake manager collaboration).
You’ll report directly to firm leadership and will have the freedom to build, track, and scale a modern PI marketing engine.
We are looking for someone with 5 years experience of results to lead our marketing department, including the day-to-day operations. This person will be results oriented and a go-getter.
- Lead Strategy & Reporting
- Create and execute a data-driven marketing plan to increase signed cases.
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports (lead flow, cost per lead, cost per signed case, ROI).
- Monitor lead quality and collaborate with intake to improve conversion.
- Digital Campaign Management
- Oversee Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and SEO campaigns (directly or through vendors).
- Manage budgets of $20K–$50K/month and adjust allocations based on performance.
- Track signed-case ROI through CRM and analytics tools.
- Brand & Content Oversight
- Manage firm branding, creative direction, and content calendar.
- Supervise social media coordinator (content creation, engagement, reputation management).
- Ensure compliance with Texas Bar advertising rules and firm tone consistency.
- Vendor & Partnership Management
- Evaluate current vendors (PPC, SEO, video, lead-gen).
- Negotiate contracts, track results, and eliminate poor-performing vendors.
- Coordinate community sponsorships and local event visibility.
- Innovation & Automation
- Build dashboards integrating Google Analytics, call tracking, and CRM.
- Recommend automations or tech (Zapier, HubSpot, LeadDocket, etc.) to improve reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Cost per signed case (CPSC)
- Conversion rate (lead → signed)
- Lead volume growth per source
- Ad spend ROI (revenue vs. cost)
- Brand engagement (social reach, reviews, etc.)
Requirements
- 5 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in legal, medical, or customer service)
- Proven success managing budgets of $15K /month
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and CRM integrations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required)
- Experience managing a small marketing or creative team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
