What We Expect from You:
Confidently and professionally represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
Draft and negotiate residential purchase and listing agreements on behalf of your clients.
Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine accurate market values for sellers.
Maintain responsiveness and uphold a high standard of client service.
Keep CRM tools and systems updated to ensure seamless communication across all channel partners.
Qualifications:
Active real estate license in good standing.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential real estate.
Proven track record of closed transactions.
Strong knowledge of local market conditions, pricing, and contract law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard real estate tools.
Must be available to respond to clients and leads in a timely manner.
