Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Orlando, FL. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, pricing strategies, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating transactions, maintaining client relationships, and maintaining knowledge of the evolving real estate market to offer informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active Real Estate License and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Proven ability to establish trust, rapport, and foster client relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and software is a plus
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and motivation to exceed client expectations
- Experience in the Orlando real estate market is a bonus
