What you can expect as a Frontline Advocate:
- Delivers prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to complete home repairs
- Describe Home Solutions program, benefits, and incentives
- Responds timely to inquiries via phone and email
- Identifies and overcomes customer objections
- Assists the policyholder through the repair process
- Follow up on initial contacts and secure repair photos and invoices
- Properly documents all customer interactions in data management system
- Contacts company customers by phone
What we are looking for as a Frontline Advocate :
- Must obtain 440 insurance license in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
- Good typing skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Sales experience a plus
- 440 License with 1 years of insurance experience preferred
