Frontline Consultants & Contracting is expanding our Utah team. We are looking for self-motivated, high-energy individuals who are ready to build a career in the roofing and restoration industry.
This is a high-autonomy, high-income role. You will be hitting the pavement, door-knocking to generate leads, and building your own territory. If you have the drive to succeed, we have the systems to help you scale fast. No experience is needed—our owner and top-performing Project Manager will provide hands-on training to teach you everything you need to know.
The Compensation Structure
We believe in rewarding hard work. Our compensation is designed for those who want to earn what they are worth:
- Base & Performance: $250 weekly base.
- Appointment Bonus: $50 for every qualified appointment you set.
- Closing Bonus: An additional $150 if that appointment leads to a signed contract.
- Weekly Production Bonus: Hit 10 qualified appointments in a single week and receive an extra $200 bonus.
- Earning Floor: If your appointment bonuses exceed your base total, you receive the higher amount.
- Income Potential: Top performers in this role earn $100,000–$200,000 per year.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation: Proactively build your territory through door-to-door canvassing.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your own sales funnel from initial contact to sign-off.
- Client Advocacy: Assist homeowners with insurance claims and roofing contracts.
- Skill Development: Work directly with company leadership and our top sales pros to master our proven closing systems.
Requirements
- Must Have: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Mindset: You must be "hungry," coachable, and high-energy.
- Experience: None required. We provide full training on the industry, scripts, and closing techniques.
