In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with homeowners directly to provide roofing solutions and build lasting value.

Proactive Prospecting: Generating new business through door-to-door outreach.
Consultative Selling: Conducting site assessments, demonstrating our products, and guiding clients toward the best roofing solutions for their needs.
Relationship Management: Building trust with prospects and ensuring seamless communication from the initial pitch to project completion.
Winning: Consistently hitting your targets and staying sharp on industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
What We're Looking For:
No Experience Needed: We care about your drive! Our Owner and Top Sales Project Manager will provide full, hands-on training on everything you need to know.
The "Closer" Mindset: High energy, self-motivated, and ready to hustle.
Requirements: You MUST have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply!
Why Join Us? (The High-Reward Pay Structure) We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward your hustle:
Base: $250 weekly.
Appointment Bonus: $50 for every qualified appointment you set.
Closing Bonus: An additional $150 if that appointment turns into a signed contract.
Weekly Volume Bonus: Hit 10 qualified appointments in a single week and receive an extra $200 bonus on top of your earnings.
Note: If your total appointment-based earnings exceed your base pay, you receive the higher amount.
