Job Summary: As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, CNAs, and therapists, to work in home health settings. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, verifying credentials, negotiating job offers, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and the internal team to predict and meet staffing needs.

Essential Functions

• Use various methods to find and attract a pool of qualified candidates. This includes reviewing resumes, performing initial screenings, and conducting interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Facilitate strong communication with candidates and internal team members to support the interview feedback loop.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, negotiate salaries and terms of employment, and initiate the background and reference checks process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires to identify staffing needs and ensure the best matches are made.
• Manage recruitment data using applicant-tracking software, schedule interviews, and answer candidate questions about job roles and company policies.
• Maintain current knowledge around competitors and home health industry updates.
• Attend hiring events within the community to increase talent pool.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare or home health recruitment is preferred.
• Proficient in managing ATS to manage candidate data through the hiring process.
• Experience with Indeed is required, and experience with Paylocity preferred.
• Represent the Agency in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to manage a large volume of information, applications and interviews.
• Ability to effectively present information to employees, Administration, Governing Body and the community.
• Valid driver's license, reliable automobile and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be willing to commute to the Frontier Pueblo office weekly.
• Frequent sitting and occasional standing is required.
