Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an award winning, full-service, CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, Canada and China. Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Management and Kit/Logistics teams with inventory management including but not limited to kit parts, kits, labels, and shipment materials.
- Monitor and restock office supplies.
- Print labels and create label packets.
- Monitor and fulfill supply orders from sites.
- Complete kit and shipper builds.
- Complete QC of kit builds.
- Schedule and track logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Billing entry for labels, kits, and supply fulfillment.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Data entry for kitting activities.
- Creation of kit build and order documentation.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Highschool diploma, GED, or higher.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other computer skills.
- High level of accountability with self and others.
- Hands-on approach with a desire to teach others.
- Track record of challenging the status quo.
- Team and action oriented.
- Problem-solving.
- Priority setting.
