PRN Caregiver – Flexible, Fill-In Shifts (Multiple Locations)
From The Heart Home Care is looking for dependable PRN (as-needed) caregivers who are available for same-day assignments, last-minute coverage, and fill-in shifts across multiple service areas.

Schedule
Fill-In PRN Only
Shifts are assigned as needed, sometimes same day or with short notice.
Must be willing to accept shifts across any service area listed.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and safety monitoring
- Follow care plans and document visits in our mobile app (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to accept same-day and last-minute shift assignments
- Must be available to work in all listed service areas
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a home environment (pets may be present)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- South Carolina residency required
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
