From The Heart Home Care is URGENTLY HIRING a dependable, compassionate, and reliable Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for an elderly client assignment in Gaffney, SC.
We are looking for someone who is serious about working, has reliable transportation, and understands the importance of providing consistent, quality care.
THIS CLIENT NEEDS TO BE STAFFED ASAP! We need a caregiver who is ready to start immediately and commit to a dependable weekly schedule.
Schedule
- 5 Days Per Week
- Consistent weekly client assignment
- Specific days and shift times discussed during the interview process
- Immediate start required
- Opportunities for additional hours when available
Client Care & Responsibilities
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Toileting and incontinence care as needed
- Meal preparation and cleanup
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mobility and safety assistance
- Assistance with established daily routines
- Following the client's individual plan of care
- Completing required visit documentation
- Communicating client concerns to the office
What We're Looking For
- Professional caregiving/PCA experience preferred
- DEPENDABILITY AND CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE ARE REQUIRED
- Caring, compassionate, patient, and professional
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available to work 5 days per week
- Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Must have your own reliable personal vehicle
- Uber, Lyft, taxis, and other rideshare services do not qualify
- Must be able to reliably commute to Gaffney, SC
- MUST BE A CURRENT SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENT
- Ability to pass required background screening
