About Us
Frisco Spinal Rehab is a fast-growing spine and rehab clinic specializing in advanced, non-surgical treatment for back pain, disc injuries, and sciatica.
We pride ourselves on delivering a high-end patient experience while helping people avoid surgery and get their lives back.
We are building a strong front desk team and are looking for the right person to support our lead coordinator and help elevate the entire patient experience.
Important: This Is NOT a Typical Front Desk Job
You are not just answering phones.
You will play a key role in:
- Keeping the clinic running smoothly
- Supporting patient flow and scheduling
- Helping patients feel cared for from day one
- Following up with patients and keeping them engaged in care
You will work alongside a high-performing team member and help make the entire system more efficient.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive environment
- Manage scheduling and optimize the daily flow of the clinic
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Follow up with leads and inactive patients (calls/texts)
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out and basic financial transactions
- Help generate Google reviews and patient referrals
- Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently

Compensation
- Base: ~$16–$20/hour (depending on experience)
- Bonuses Available:

- Monthly team performance bonus
Typical total compensation: $35K–$50K/year depending on hours and performance
Schedule
