What We Expect from You:
- Commitment to your onboarding process for a quick start

- Willingness to learn how to deliver an exceptional patient experience over the phone
- Ability to master software used in clinic operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and payments
- Passion for helping others, even in a fast-paced environment
Preferred, but NOT Required:
- Previous experience in retail
- Experience as a waiter/waitress/host/hostess
- Inbound or outbound phone experience
- Familiarity with physical therapy
- Proficiency in computer use and general office equipment
- Ability to learn new software and perform data entry
- Familiarity with general office procedures
