Responsibilities:

• Commitment to promoting patient engagement and adherence to their treatment plans
• A passion for celebrating patient milestones and achievements upon completion of their plan of care
• Knowledge of rehabilitation products and ability to recommend suitable options for home exercise routines
• Proactive approach to professional growth, including meetings with your supervising PT to discuss accomplishments and challenges
• Enthusiasm for active participation in training programs to enhance clinical and soft skills
• Strong desire to establish a personal brand within our practice and contribute to its success
• Skill in implementing effective caseload management strategies to ensure professional and financial success
• Engagement in the local community through active participation in various events
• Practice new and advanced techniques, honing your skills
• Receive guidance to build and maintain a full caseload
• Learn how to coordinate effective treatment plans and keep patients engaged for better outcomes

Required Competencies:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
