| The Friona Mill Operator ensure the accurate mixing and delivery of feed and related products to help improve feeding efficiency for the proper care for cattle and the feedyard facilities. They are directly responsible for their individual safety by adhering to feedyard safety policies and procedures. The Mill Operator adds value and quality services to the Mill Department by ensuring safe, and quality feed delivery processes in a timely manner. Successful candidates are highly participative, team orientated, and have high levels of communication. |
