Safety Manager

Compensation
Regenis is looking for a talented Safety Manager to join the team full-time. This position pays $85 - $90k per year depending on experience.

Job Summary
The Safety Manager is responsible for providing safety leadership and oversight across multiple sites, ensuring consistent execution of company safety programs and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. This role partners closely with operations and site leadership to drive a strong safety culture, reduce risk and improve overall performance. Up to 50% travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of company safety policies, procedures, and standards
- Lead incident investigations, near-miss reviews, and corrective action follow-up
- Conduct and verify inspections of safety equipment, vehicles, and job sites
- Enforce compliance with critical safety programs, including:
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs)
- Fall Protection
- Support to confined space program execution, including training, permitting and field compliance
- Support and deliver safety training programs including:
- Forklift
- MEWP
- Skid Steer
- Fall Protection
- New Hire Safety Orientation
- Maintain site-specific safety manuals, records, and compliance documentation
- Review inspection reports and ensure timely completion of corrective actions
- Ensure all required safety, regulatory and HR postings are maintained at assigned locations
- Maintain employee safety files and training/certification records
- Support project and subcontractor safety compliance activities
- Manage MSDS inventory and support environmental compliance initiatives
- Communicate safety expectations and updates effectively with employees and leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous safety experience in operations or construction environments required
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) a plus
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This position will be based at the Company’s Dalhart, Texas location.
