As a Server at Friends Homes, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serving food and beverages to assigned tables
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Resetting tables for the next guests
- Preparing simple food items (e.g., salads, desserts)
- Assisting in the preparation of cold food items
- Maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas
Required:
- Proven experience as a server
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation
Preferred:
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Friendly and communicative with strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (certification in food services is a plus)
