The Role
The Customer Services Intern focuses on customer journey improvement, support performance analytics, and service quality transformation. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points, analyze support trends, and help drive initiatives that improve satisfaction, service efficiency, and customer loyalty.

The Role
The Customer Services Intern focuses on customer journey improvement, support performance analytics, and service quality transformation. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points, analyze support trends, and help drive initiatives that improve satisfaction, service efficiency, and customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze frequent contact drivers, complaint trends, and escalation reasons
- Identify service gaps that negatively impact customer satisfaction
- Support root cause analysis for declining customer metrics such as NPS and repeat contacts
- Prepare regular customer experience insights for leadership
- Translate customer pain points into clear action plans and process improvement opportunities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interest in customer experience, support operations, and service design
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Excel
