The Role

This role supports the growth and evolution of onsite Paid Partnerships and Monetization by blending sales-savvy partnership management, executional excellence and program optimization. In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand spend with existing vendor partners, bring monetization programs to life, and unlock new revenue streams across the digital shopping experience. This role focuses heavily on driving revenue growth while managing campaign execution and is a great fit for someone who strives to exercise their sales and prospecting skills with a hands-on opportunity to grow in real time.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Category Managers and vendor partners to plan, activate, and optimize onsite marketing campaigns that increase sales velocity and customer engagement with brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendor partners to expand participation, grow account value, and increase long-term sales potential
  • Leverage prior sales and account management experience to find untapped revenue within existing contracts and programs
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in the existing shopper marketing real estate
  • Work cross-functionally with the Product and UXE teams to identify, design, and launch NEW monetizable placements (primarily digital but also physical assets)
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Shopper Marketing and Retail Media initiatives, from concept development through launch and post-campaign evaluation
  • Analyze and report on the performance of Shopper Marketing programs, with a focus on translating insights into recommendations that improve effectiveness and drive incremental spend
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of small- to mid-sized sales accounts for incremental revenue growth
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as media kits, playbooks, pitch decks, and performance summaries in partnership with Monetization leadership and Merchandising team

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, media, or sales, ideally within eCommerce, grocery, or a digital marketplace environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives through to completion
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful storytelling when reporting on campaign results
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Strong relationship builder capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Resourceful problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without restriction

Salary

$72,000 – $85,000
