The Role
The Shipping Order Completion Assistant is responsible for picking, packing, and loading customer orders in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role
The Shipping Order Completion Assistant is responsible for picking, packing, and loading customer orders in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and load products in a busy production area.
- Transfer finished products and boxes from the shipping sorter to delivery trucks.
- Scan labels, load packaging machines, and label products accordingly.
- Check out and return your scanner at the start and end of each shift.
- Follow all departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Spot-check packages emerging from machinery for correct labeling.
- Operate required equipment safely and effectively.
- Apply knowledge of processes, production methods, and product handling to daily operations.
- Assist with shutdown procedures.
- Work safely around FDA-approved cleaning chemicals, loud noises, and flashing lights.
- Work in cold environments (-10°F freezer, 32–40°F refrigerated areas).
- Use tools such as box cutters and pump pallet jacks.
- Work in other production areas as needed.
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to work overnight or early-morning schedules.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must wear non-slip resistant shoes.
- Ability to apply operational knowledge to daily tasks.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
