The Role: Inventory Control Assistant
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and supporting all inventory processes, including researching discrepancies and validating expiration dates.

The Role: Inventory Control Assistant
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and supporting all inventory processes, including researching discrepancies and validating expiration dates.
What You’ll Do
- Perform scheduled cycle counts
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
- Investigate and reconcile reported discrepancies from multiple departments
- Identify and resolve issues with shorted products
- Check and document product expiration dates
- Perform physical and systemic scrap due to expiration, quality, or damage
- Use Warehouse Management Systems and mobile equipment as needed
- Work in cold environments (average temperature of 38°F)
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
- Lift 35–50 lbs continuously
- Wear required non-slip, oil-resistant footwear
- Work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays
- Work overnight or early morning shifts
- Strong math skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to learn SAP (Warehouse Management System)
- Ability to clearly communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work in cold conditions and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture

Salary : $17
