The Role
The HR Generalist – Corporate will play a key role in supporting the corporate employee population across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and engagement. This position will work closely with department leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals, while also supporting office operations and employee experience initiatives, reporting to the Director of People.
This role requires a resourceful, organized, and people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The HR Generalist will also assist in cross-functional communication and internal coordination to enhance the overall employee experience at our corporate office.

The Role
The HR Generalist – Corporate will play a key role in supporting the corporate employee population across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and engagement. This position will work closely with department leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals, while also supporting office operations and employee experience initiatives, reporting to the Director of People.

What You’ll Do
Human Resources
- Manage and support HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and onboarding.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and core values.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leaders, supporting with employee relations cases, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
- Administer employee benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance) and support employees in understanding available programs.
- Oversee the 401(k) plan administration and compliance: act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Coordinate and support engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and employee surveys.
- Partner with talent acquisition on recruitment coordination and candidate experience.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized, productive, and professional work environment.
- Support planning of corporate events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage HR supply inventory, ensuring materials are available for employee initiatives.
- Assist with booking travel arrangements and maintaining travel records.
- Perform light administrative and financial tracking duties related to HR.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of HR generalist experience; corporate or professional services experience preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Kronos, Workday, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- The expected compensation for this role is $64,350-$70,820 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
