Description
The Culinary Associate will work with staff and Team Lead for general preparation, assembly and packing of products.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment of 38 degrees
- Must be able to work a shift of 8 – 10 hours a day
- Must be able to lift minimum of 30 lbs
- Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday and holidays
- Must have excellent listening skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand for majority of your shift
- Must be able to perform twisting, turning and bending
- Ability to clearly communicate in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Analytical skills necessary
Education and Qualifications:
- Read English
- Able to stand 8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Follow directions quickly & precisely
- Perform multiple tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Assist other employees when possible
- Reports all issues that occur daily to the appropriate Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner
- Follow security, safety and GMP regulations and ensure correct follow up on all regulations
