The Role
The Director of Project Management leads the planning and execution of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives across Operations and the broader organization. This role is responsible for driving complex operational, technology, and transformation programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, clear governance, and measurable business outcomes. The Director will act as a key partner to senior leadership, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to critical initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and customer experience improvements.

- 8-10 years of experience in project management, consulting, or operational leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery within fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify problems, and drive solutions
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience building and implementing project management frameworks and best practices
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders Experience in e-commerce, grocery, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred

Salary: The salary range for this role is from $140,000 - $175,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary based on many factors including but not limited to candidate experience, and skills.
