What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin/Recruiter position at Freight Breakers LLC?
Admin/Recruiter Full Time $16.00 an Hour Paid Weekly. This is a Monday - Friday position and I am looking for 12pm-8:30pm. We will possibly be adding mor shifts and this role could move to predominantly daytime.
Expectation for this role are listed below.
- Be punctual and have good time management.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to learn/use Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Keep an organized routine but are able to adapt to each day as needed.
Job Responsibilities are listed below.
- Data Tracking/Entering. (You will be entering payroll and attendance from paperwork completed each day by each shift supervisor.)
- Posting/Responding to Ads. (You will be posting and responding to job ads frequently in order to maintain our headcount needed on each shift.)
- Scheduling/Conducting Interviews. (You will schedule interviews from the job ads you post and conduct those interviews.)
- Completing New Hire Onboarding. (Once the interview process is complete and we move forward with the candidate(s) you will complete the onboarding process with them on their first day.)
Good communication with everyone is very important and you will be working closely with your Site Manager and the Supervisors in order to track and enter all data correctly.
