We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Turn Team Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing apartment units for new residents by performing thorough cleaning, maintenance, and repairs to ensure each unit meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs in apartment units between resident turnovers.
• Inspect units to ensure all work is completed to company standards and ready for new occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to address any issues or additional repairs needed.
• Manage time efficiently to meet tight turnaround schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for unit preparation.
• Report any damages or concerns to the property management team promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Turn Team Specialist or similar role in apartment communities preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, painting, and cleaning techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
