Key Responsibilities
- Move-In & Unit Turn Cleaning
- Clean vacant apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, including cabinets, countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, vanities, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Dust and wipe down walls, doors, trim, windowsills, blinds, and light fixtures.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean flooring surfaces throughout units.
- Remove trash, debris, and leftover items from vacated units.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns discovered during cleaning.
Common Area Cleaning
- Clean and maintain leasing offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other shared spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize common areas on a regular schedule.
- Clean interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
- Ensure common areas remain presentable and welcoming for residents and guests.
Property Appearance
- Assist with maintaining curb appeal by picking up litter around property grounds as needed.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
- Maintain organized storage areas and cleaning equipment.
- Follow company cleanliness standards and property expectations.
Salary : $21 - $24
