What’s in it for you!
- Schedule: Predictable full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM.
- Pay: The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.50-$22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, credentials, geographic market and other job related factors.
- Bonus: $250 bonus opportunity once certified. If already certified, $250 bonus after 30 days of employment.

- Required: High school diploma/equivalent, reliable transportation, ability to pass a clinical background check, and willingness to maintain an active RBT certification.
- Skills: Data entry, caring & compassionate demeanor, previous experience working with children highly desired
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), You Will
- Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision.
- Implement personalized treatment plans.
- Accurately record progress using our data collection system.
- Build positive relationships with families and team members.
- Note: Role includes assisting with diaper changing/toileting as needed.
