Position Summary
We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team. As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), delivering individualized ABA therapy programs designed to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
This is an in-center position at our Paramus location. We welcome candidates who are already Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as well as those who are new to the field β we provide training and support to help you earn your RBT certification.

Position Summary
We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team. As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), delivering individualized ABA therapy programs designed to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
This is an in-center position at our Paramus location. We welcome candidates who are already Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as well as those who are new to the field β we provide training and support to help you earn your RBT certification.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans
- Implement programs and behavior intervention strategies as designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
- Support children in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Encourage positive behaviors and respond to challenging behaviors per the treatment plan
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapy environment
- Communicate professionally with BCBAs, team members, and families
- Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
- RBT certification preferred (we will train and support the right candidate toward certification)
- Experience working with children, especially children with autism, is a plus
- Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and take direction from supervising BCBAs
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Ability to actively engage with children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, standing, and moving quickly
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Ability to remain engaged and attentive throughout each session
- Center-based at our Paramus, NJ location
