Vice President, FP&A
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical VP of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive data-driven decision-making, support growth initiatives, and improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver executive reporting, financial modeling, and KPI analysis
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives, including operational planning and investment analysis
- Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team
- Enhance financial systems, reporting processes, and forecasting accuracy
Qualifications
- 7 years of finance/FP&A experience with leadership responsibility
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills
- Experience partnering with senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
