About the Opportunity

Are you a public accounting alumnus ready for a high-visibility, career-accelerating industry role? We are partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed industrial services leader to find a Senior Accountant with a clear track toward Accounting Manager and Controller.

This is not a "cog-in-the-wheel" job. Working directly alongside executive finance leadership, you will own core general ledger accounting, dive into project and job-cost analysis, and gain multi-entity exposure across a scaling enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-scope month-end close: journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, and financial statement prep.
• Perform detailed job-costing and budget-variance analysis, partnering closely with project managers to drive operational insights.
• Manage multi-entity general ledger accounting in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Assist leadership with process improvements, ERP optimization, and strategic financial reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3–8 years of total accounting experience.
• Public Accounting Foundation: 1–3 years in public accounting (audit background preferred).
• Industry Focus: 1 years in job-cost, manufacturing, construction, or field services environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong General Ledger ownership, intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar).
• Work Style: High-ownership, low-ego, adaptable, and eager to advance into management.
