We have partnered with a growing logistics and transportation company in Miami that is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team.
The company provides third-party logistics (3PL) services across truck, rail, air, and ocean transportation while also offering warehousing, inventory management, and distribution solutions. They continue to experience strong growth and are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced sales and operations environment within the 3PL / transportation industry. The ideal candidate will have experience within a 360 / full-desk brokerage environment handling both the sales and operational side of freight and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new business opportunities through outbound calls and prospecting activities
• Follow up on inbound and outbound sales opportunities via phone and email
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and customer support
• Resolve customer service and shipment-related issues as needed
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and assist with achieving team sales goals
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, or inside sales
• B2B sales experience preferred but not required
• Logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry experience is a plus
• Experience within freight brokerage, carrier sales, dispatch, or cradle-to-grave logistics operations highly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Motivated by goals and performance-driven environments
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL
