Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on drayage and logistics services within South Florida

Prospect and secure new business from importers, exporters, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and distribution companies

Sell drayage, port-related transportation, container services, and value-added logistics solutions

Leverage deep market knowledge of South Florida’s international gateway to identify opportunities

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and in-person meetings

Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution

Prepare pricing proposals, service agreements, and contracts

Track sales activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics

Stay informed on port activity, market trends, and competitive offerings
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience selling drayage and/or logistics services within the South Florida international gateway market

Deep understanding of port operations, container movement, and international supply chain dynamics

Proven track record of closing business in a relationship-driven logistics sales environment

Established book of business or strong industry relationships preferred
