Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Dallas, Texas (3 Days' In-Office)
Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000 10% Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track key business and financial metrics
- Partner with operations to analyze performance, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Turn large datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Improve reporting processes and drive automation where possible
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analytics
- Strong experience with PowerBI or data visualization
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL or other data tools are a plus
- Someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with operations team
