Duties
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and software systems with precision and speed
- Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing documents
- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously
- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic office management tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting internal teams and external clients as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in an office environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Strong proofreading skills combined with excellent time management capabilities
