BECOMING ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
As a Customer Service Representative at Fred's Plumbing and Heating, you'll earn a competitive pay of $20-$25 per hour. But that's not all – our benefits are designed to support your well-being and work-life balance. Your work schedule will offer a stable routine from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
As our Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls from our valued customers, assisting them with their inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and signing them up for new service agreements. Your organizational skills will shine as you load customer information into our system accurately and efficiently. Each day, you'll work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure timely service delivery, making every customer's experience with us outstanding.
